Auditors

The Board of Trustees of the Foundation has appointed A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants (a member firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers PwC) as the External Auditors. The firm is responsible for conducting an independent audit of the Foundation’s financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and fair presentation of financial information. Their appointment reflects the Foundation’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial transparency and accountability.

To ensure transparency and a strong internal control system, the Board has appointed Yousuf Adil, Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditors of the Foundation. The Internal Auditors conduct periodic reviews and assessments of the Foundation’s operations, risk management practices, and internal controls. Their insights and recommendations help strengthen governance and ensure effective utilization of resources in alignment with the Foundation’s mission.

To ensure the appropriate collection and utilization of Zakat in accordance with Islamic jurisprudence, the Board of Trustees has appointed Alhamd Shariah Advisors (Pvt.) Limited as the Shariah Advisors of the Foundation. The firm oversees compliance with Shariah principles in all aspects of Zakat administration, ensuring that funds are distributed in a manner consistent with ethical and religious obligations. Their guidance ensures the Foundation’s Zakat operations remain transparent, credible, and trustworthy.
