I congratulate the Fatimid Foundation for outstanding performance and growing fast from a single room to a largest volunteer healthcare and blood transfusion service and blood transfusion service provider in Pakistan.
According to health experts approximately 5,000 children are diagnosed with thalassemmia-major, every year in Pakistan. Overall, approximately 6% of Pakistani population is Thalassemia minor. It is notable Fatimid Foundation is serving 14000+ registered patients in Pakistan with state-of-the-art facilities.

Fatimid Foundation is one of the leading philanthropic Trust of Pakistan which is quietly busy in providing life saving service to the children suffering from Thalassemia.
Thalassemia is an inherited blood disorder passed down through families in which the body makes an abnormal form or inadequate amount of hemoglobin leading to life threatening anemia. Given the poor heath support available to the under privileged, patients suffering from this disease had little chance to survive.
The Founding Fathers of Fatimid struggled to create this organisation to provide life saving treatment and drugs to the hapless poor families. However, it was made possible only by the vibrant spirit of charity so pervasive in Pakistan where public donated blood and cash to treat the sick children.
That spirit lives on. This charity will be needed as long as there are children suffering from this sickness. Being a charity, Fatimid does not advertise and that limits the awareness. We the Trustees try personal contacts and mostly the word of mouth to encourage donations of blood, equipment and cash for running the establishment. Government also help us.
As Trustee of the Foundation, I wish to appeal to all Pakistanis to help us continue this noble life saving service for the under privileged sick children. God bless you all.

Fatimid is not a project, but a mission to ease pain on humanity. It is a privilege to be part of an organization that is helping thousands of children and their families.
Fatimid, over period of time, has become a beacon of hope, for the poor families, and patients.
We hope and try our level best to reach the patients, and help them with best available medical facilities. Public contribution plays a big role in smooth operation of Fatimid.

Fatimid Foundation is the largest blood bank and Hematological service provider serving in various cities of Pakistan. Poor and needy persons are provided free of cost services across all their centers. Normally one can not imagine what Thalassemia and Haemophilia ailments are but once you visit any Fatimid Center you immediately realize what these diseases are, as you see patients being treated professionally and blood transfusion being provided to children as young as six months old. nward.
I urge all to help Fatimid Foundation to help them continue providing the community service that they offer to all, with dedication and care.
