Dr. Waleed Azhar is a member of the board. Dr. Waleed Bin Azhar has a distinguished career spanning two decades in corporate sector. Before joining UCP Business School, University of Central Punjab, as Assistant Professor in Finance & Business Economics Division, he was Chief Operating Officer of Fatimid Foundation, the largest blood transfusion service in non government sector in Pakistan. He is a graduate from King Edward Medical College, Lahore and received his masters in business administration with concentration in finance from Barney School of Business, University of Hartford, Connecticut, United States of America in 1990. He is also a member of the advisory committee of Punjab Thalassaemia Prevention Programme, Government of the Punjab. He is coauthor of the following research articles:

Mr. Kazmi has more than 16 years of experience in the IT industry focusing on Internet/Middleware Architecture, Project Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, Service Oriented Architecture, Enterprise and Application Architecture and Enterprise Systems and Application Integration.
His industry exposure spans over Insurance, Healthcare, Wireless telecommunications HR & Payroll and eCommerce.
A native Hoosier, Carey W. Craig serves as the registered agent for Fatimid USA, Inc. Mr. Craig is principal at The Craig Group LLC, an association management firm which he founded in 2012. From 1997-2012, Mr. Craig worked in various leadership capacities within Indiana state government. He began his public service career as a Governors Fellow under Governor Frank O Bannon. Following his fellowship, Mr. Craig became a researcher and policy analyst with the Indiana Department of Commerce as well as that agencys legislative liaison to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. He enjoyed a decade of service at the Indiana Commission on Community Service and Volunteerism/Office of Faith-Based and Community Service. He was appointed chief operating officer (the agencyies senior civil servant) in 2005. His responsibilities included: fiscal administration, human resource management, grantee oversight and accountability, and strategic development. Mr. Craig studied history and political science at the University of Indianapolis. Mr. Craig is also engaged with various local community and economic development nonprofits.
HISTORY
Fatimid USA was founded in April 21, 2009 and is registered with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service since 2009. A group of Pakistani Americans felt a desire to make a difference in the lives of Pakistani children diagnosed with Thalassemia and other blood disorders. Since incorporation, Fatimid USA has raised more than $300,000 in support of various projects in Pakistan, including the opening of a state-of-the art blood transfusion center in Khairpur, expanding treatment options for impoverished children suffering from rare blood diseases, and providing an array of hematological services throughout Pakistan.
